CUT-TO-SIZE SERVICE

Vink offers its customers an advanced cut-to-size service. All sheets are cut on fully automatic cutting machines offering a high level of quality, accuracy and speed.

ACCURACY
The accuracy of our cutting capacity amounts to ca. 0.2 mm. Every day, these tolerances are controled by our collaborators by means of a standard gauge procedure.

QUALITY
Vink uses special modified circlesaw blades with adjusted angles. These saw blades are adjusted to the type, the thickness of the sheet that needs to be cut and the number of revolutions. The stock of available saw blades is impressive. Naturally, our collaborators make sure that the sawblades are revised on a regular bases and that the machinepark is in perfect order.

OPTIMALISATION
Vink disposes of a special optimalisation software. This software calculates the most efficient way of cutting the sheets in the desires dimensions. The waste is reduces to a minimum. During the proces of the order input, our optimilisation software has already processed the most effective way in a cutting plan, and consequently sends the data on-line to our CNC cutting machine.

CAPACITY
Vink disposes of a 3 CNC-automated cutting machines with an operational width of 4 meters and operated by specialyy trained machine operators.

SPEED 
Cutting sheetmaterials cost time and money. Thanks to the vast volume of cutting operations, Vink can reach cost reductions. We strive for the shortes possible delivery times. Depending on the ordering time, we strive tot deliver all cutted sheets within a period of 24 hours.
